Consumer health data privacy

Your choices about health and wellbeing information in Sideyard.

What this policy covers

This policy describes health and wellbeing information that people choose to enter in Sideyard. It supplements our privacy policy. Sideyard is provided by FUSIONTECH LABS PTE. LTD., Singapore. It is not a medical device, healthcare provider or emergency service.

Information and sources

Care entries may include a person’s name, medicine or checkup details, exercise habits, schedules, notes and completion dates. Mood check-ins, messages, photos, files, events and family pages may contain health or wellbeing details when you or another member includes them. We receive these records from the people who enter or share them and, when a concern is reported, from the person making the report. Sideyard does not connect to medical records or infer health conditions from location.

Why we process it

We store and display the records and shared plans you request, keep their chosen schedule and completion state, protect access and handle safety reports and privacy requests. We do not use this information for advertising, sell it, or provide it to generative AI services in this release. Please avoid health details in a place search: external map services process search text independently of these records.

Your space and other people’s information

A record shared in a space is visible to its current members and to people who join later. Messages and files are not end-to-end encrypted. Share your own information only with an audience you choose. Before entering information about someone else, make sure that person requested this coordination and authorized the details and audience, or that you have lawful authority to act for them. Being a family member or space owner does not itself provide that authority. Do not add details where permission is unclear. If permission changes, remove the record where possible and contact support for help.

Who receives it

Members of the chosen space receive its shared health or wellbeing records. Google Cloud and Firebase provide the hosting, database, file storage and security services used to process them. Uploaded photos can be sent to Google Cloud Vision for photo safety screening. Authorized Sideyard service personnel can review selected reported information or access records when necessary to support the service, handle a rights request or meet a legal obligation. We do not disclose consumer health data to affiliates for their own use. Lovable hosts the website and receives ordinary page-request information; it does not operate Sideyard’s account or shared-record database. Our privacy policy explains these services and international processing.

Access, withdrawal and deletion

Email contact@fusiontech.sg with the subject “Sideyard health data request.” You can ask whether we process health information about you, request a copy and a list of recipients, withdraw permission for future collection or sharing, correct information, or request deletion. You do not need to create an account or delete your whole account. Describe the record and the action you want without sending passwords, identity documents or unnecessary medical details. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity and any authority to act for someone else.

Responses and appeals

We handle requests without undue delay. For requests under Washington’s My Health My Data Act, the response period is 45 days; any permitted extension is explained within that period. If a request is refused, we explain why. Reply with “Appeal health data decision” to request another review. We respond to such appeals within 45 days and explain the outcome and how to raise a complaint with the relevant authority. Exercising a health-data right does not remove access to unrelated app features.

Retention and copies

Active records remain while needed for the requested service, until removed or subject to an applicable expiry. Safety cases ordinarily expire within 90 days. A health-data deletion request is handled across the relevant active records, recovery copies and processors, with any lawful retention exception explained to you. Our configured database and saved-file recovery copies ordinarily remain for up to seven days after active removal. Other members may have made copies outside Sideyard; we cannot remotely erase those copies. Provider records have separate timelines described in our privacy policy. We do not treat hiding a Care item as proof that all associated data has been erased.
