Terms of use
Sideyard helps people who know each other share conversations, plans and everyday records.
Your account
You must be at least 16 and meet the account eligibility requirements for your country of residence. Some countries or age groups are unavailable while a required review or safeguard is not ready. Give accurate age-band and residence information and answer any applicable higher-age question truthfully. Email verification, a family-space role or contacting support does not by itself provide guardian approval. Protect your sign-in. Use only accounts and content you are authorized to use. Do not impersonate someone, attempt to enter another person’s space, evade access controls or misuse the service.
Your spaces
Only invite people you intend to share with. Current members can see the content available in that space, including existing shared history when they join. A status you choose to set appears across your spaces. Owners manage membership and must transfer sole ownership before leaving or deleting their account when other members remain. A family-tree entry or space-owner role does not establish parental responsibility or authority over another person’s private account. Removing a person stops future access; it cannot remove copies they already made.
Your content
You keep your rights to what you share. You give FUSIONTECH LABS PTE. LTD. permission to store, process and display that content as needed to provide the features you use, protect the service and handle reports or legal obligations. Only upload content you have the right to share. Follow the Community rules, including the prohibition on exploitation, threats, harassment and illegal content.
Shared records and reminders
The app records plans and expenses; it does not transfer money or resolve financial disputes. Care entries are shared checklists, not medical advice. Reminders and location updates can be delayed or unavailable. Do not rely on the app for emergencies, safety monitoring or time-critical medical care.
Privacy and deletion
The Privacy policy explains data processing, access, retention and deletion. Messages and files are not end-to-end encrypted. Disappearing content can be copied by recipients. Delete your account in Settings or contact support through the Account deletion page.
Reports and enforcement
You can report content or a member and block unwanted contact in the app. The service may restrict accounts or remove content that violates the rules, threatens safety or is unlawful. If you believe a completed decision is mistaken, open Safety and choose Request another review, or contact support with the report or error reference. An appeal is reviewed separately and does not automatically reverse a restriction. For supported planning records, a safety decision replaces only the reported text fields with a neutral label or clears optional text; amounts, shares, settlements, dates and schedules remain. A reported saved link can be removed as a record. When a removed shared item has an attached file, that same file becomes unavailable wherever the service controls its reuse; unrelated records remain. Content already downloaded or copied by a recipient cannot be recalled. A successful account appeal does not recreate removed content.
Availability and changes
Account access depends on the current country policy and launch safeguards; availability is not promised in every country. Features and storage limits may change as the service develops. We will explain material changes that affect your use. No paid subscription is offered in this release. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
